What specific challenges or pain points were you facing before using the Folio3 connector for Dynamics and E-commerce?
Aaron Gray: Folio3 has been a great partner to work with and I would highly recommend them. We did an ERP and website conversion and Folio3 was a chosen provider to use for this. They are very knowledgeable and they possess skill sets to help you problem solve when you run into a situation that is more complex. They're also very responsive when we have technical issues and I would strongly recommend them for anybody interested.
Can you share a positive outcome or a value that your business has experienced since implementing our connector?
Aaron Gray: Instead of having to use multiple partners and connectors to connect to all of our sales channels, we were able to use Folio3 and their centralized connector, which can be viewed as a one stop shop for all of your connection needs. I would strongly recommend using their connector because this helps you keep everything centralized with one connector in one environment.
How would you describe the level of support and service you've received from our team during the implementation?
Aaron Gray: The support and service from folio3 has been great. They track and monitor everything using basecamp which is very useful and easy to use. They are very responsive when we present any technical issues that arise.
