What specific challenges or pain points were you facing before using the Folio3 connector for Dynamics and E-commerce?

Kevin Huynh: Hello. I wanted to share my journey of migration from Navision to Business Central and how Folio3 turn a challenging situation around. So initially, we were struggling with the delays, budget issues and a massive process with another company. You know, it's really almost ruined our company then. We found folio3 it was like nine day from the start with Folio3 They really took charge of the situation. So we have a regular meetings, to keep things on track. And you know, I think that the discovery phase was a game changer. We discuss every detail, clarify our needs and requirement and they come up with the perfect solutions. So, with Folio3, it wasn't just their expertise that impress us, but their professionalism too, the implementation went very went smoothly on time and on budget. Of course, there was bugs here and there, but they fixed very quickly. Their support after the project went live was as strong as during the implementation. So it's been a few months since we go live and we have no issues. I'm very truly happy with Folio3 service. A big thanks to Folio3 connector Connector team.

Can you share a positive outcome or a value that your business has experienced since implementing our connector?

Kevin Huynh: The implementation went very smoothly. There was, you know, after we go live, there was some bugs here and there but very minor. the team fix very quickly and, you know, it's been a few months since we go live. We haven't seen any major issues. It's just that we spend a little bit of time to fix some of the bugs from previous connector, but with probablyFolio3 connector we haven't had any issues. Everything work as what we would expect. So I'm very happy.

How would you describe the level of support and service you've received from our team during the implementation?

Kevin Huynh: The service and support with Folio3 before and after the implementation was perfect, it was great. I think at the beginning with the regular meetings that really help us keep on track, keep things on track. The discovery phase was I think that's a really a game changer. We discuss every detail clarify all our requirements and then we come up with a solution before uh start the work. And I think that you know, even after, you know, once we launch the connector went live, the support after the implementation was also great. You know, I have no, we have no issues. There's some bugs here and there but you know, the team quickly fix and now, you know, since we've been it's been a few months since we go live and we have any users. So we are very happy with the service and support from Folio3 connector team. Thank you.
