What business challenge(s) was your company looking to solve prior to using Fluid IT?
Steve Holstein: Hi I'm Steve Holstein. I'm the I.T. Director for NurseCore Management Services. Our company began working with Fluid IT Services roughly 15 years ago and at that time I was the sole person working in the IT department. We had at that time roughly 150 remote users between about 30 offices in the field all over the country. And I was overwhelmed at that time. And when we brought Fluid IT in they helped me break down a lot of the processes, projects, and just regular day to day issues that we handle. It started out being just having an extra set of hands to help me get these things done over time. We have really been able to work together well as a team... namely in project management. These folks are great to work with, we have done so many projects over the years and they've been wonderful to work with in terms of just getting stuff done. They've been spot on. ultimate professionalism and just great folks, people that within meetings you enjoy being in that meeting with them and working with them. I can't say enough good about what they've done for us and we're really happy with our relationship with them.
How has that situation changed or improved with Fluid IT?
Steve Holstein: When NurseCore began working with Fluid IT Services in roughly 2006, things were kind of a mess here. I was overwhelmed and over the years we have been able to dramatically improve that. Now we have a much more structured vision of what our IT future looks like. I'm a lot less stressed. I feel like they've given us a team to work with and really help sit down, have a meeting, understand what the situation is and develop a strategy and a plan. We can't say enough good about how much that has helped us progress as a company overall and I highly recommend Fluid IT.
Can you encapsulate what Fluid IT has meant to your company?
Steve Holstein: What Fluid IT has meant to our company. I would have to put it very simply, peace of mind. We manage a lot of stuff. We have a small crew here, and I know that if I get in touch with our team at Fluid IT, we can come up with a plan to solve pretty much anything. Peace of mind is important, and we value it a great deal.
