Speaker: Hope Bankston, Director of Operations, M2G Ventures
What business challenge(s) was your company looking to solve prior to using Fluid IT?
Hope Bankston: Prior to MTG's relationship with Fluid IT, we were utilizing outdated or disjointed software. When we partnered with Fluid IT we were able to get on cohesive platforms and make sure our systems were talking to each other as well as have these be managed by an outside party.
How has that situation changed or improved with Fluid IT?
Hope Bankston: The two major things that I have seen since our relationship with Fluid IT began is the amount of time that it has saved our internal team members from managing or troubleshooting technology and the cohesiveness of our technology. Things are integrated. Management is found in one place. Our software is no longer outdated or underperforming. It is right where we need it to be and can be innovative along with our team members. Fluid IT has allowed us to take the next step up in our business operations in terms of technology and security.
Can you encapsulate what Fluid IT has meant to your company?
Hope Bankston: As M2G's Director of operations, my business unit manages our internal technology, our resources, whether it's our laptops or our software, our team is responsible. Fluid IT has allowed myself and my team members to pull back from technology, software, cybersecurity, any technological security. And we are no longer in the day to day management, as we were before without Fluid IT as a resource.
