What business challenge(s) was your company looking to solve prior to using Fluid IT?
Brenda Lenzen: In our pre-Fluid IT days, our office was not fully networked. We used volunteers for desktop support and we had virtually no security from an IT standpoint. With Fluid IT's help, over the past seven years, we now operate fully in the cloud, our employees have access to shared files, and we have things like a firewall, multifactor authentication, and Proofpoint to name just a few security elements that Fluid IT has helped put in place. Fluid IT helps me sleep better at night for two reasons: One, I know our staff has access to a help desk that provides knowledgeable and timely IT support, and two, we have systems in place to protect us against the latest cybersecurity attacks.
