What problem was your company dealing with before Floorzap?
Mack Collins: The problem that we had in our company that we're trying to deal with was multifaceted. Um, we were one dealing with another software company that the UI just wasn't very intuitive. It was difficult to work with, um, a lot of moving parts that seemed unnecessary. Also our accounting software. Didn't back onto it the way we liked. Uh, it was inefficient for both our bookkeeping and our accountant. Um, once we jumped to Fors app, all of that cleared up. We got a phone call from our accountant thanking us for switching, uh, and yeah, like you said, the UI has just been incredible.
How did Floorzap help resolve this challenge?
Mack Collins: On the accounting end of things, uh, the, the, the way Floors app fixes this is instead of having a dedicated software that's built in, you can use an API and backend it onto your software. Like I say, these guys know the flooring world and QuickBooks knows the accounting world really well, so that, that worked really well for us.
What results did you get with Floorzap?
Mack Collins: Again, uh, the results that we've seen while using Fors app have been multifaceted as well. Uh, it's a lot more cost effective than what we were doing before. The user interface allows you to deal with price adjustments and changes to. and invoicing really quickly so when you have a client standing there right in front of you, they're not waiting 20 minutes for you to go into the back end of the software and change pricing. You can do it right there on the fly, gives you all your information up front so you know you're doing it properly, and that's been huge.
Why is Floorzap different from other similar products?
Mack Collins: The way Forsa is different from other companies that we've dealt with is 100% the customer support. Um, the people you're emailing back and forth with, they're the same people day in and day out. You're not getting passed off to a different, a different, uh, part of the company who and having to re-explain yourself over and over again. In fact, I came here to this booth today and I met a lot of the people that I get to communicate with every week while I'm using the software. Yeah,
