What problem was your company dealing with before Floorzap?
Kevin Johnston: So previously we were using QuickBooks desktop and it was clunky. It wasn't flooring related. We couldn't convert roles into remnants. We couldn't do a great job of scheduling, getting all the details out. So since Flo Zap the last 18 months, it's really been a great game changer for us because it is flooring specific, so it does give us a chance to go in and really do what we need to do and solve the problems that we had previously.
How did Floorzap help resolve this challenge?
Kevin Johnston: So because Floorza works from start to finish, from the estimating all the way to the installation, it helped resolve the issues that we had and just communicating today customers when to get quotes and invoices, schedule appointments, and schedule installations via text and email, and that's something that Floorza definitely helps us to do where we didn't have that at all through QuickBooks.
What results did you get with Floorzap?
Kevin Johnston: So for our results, the, the, the sales people, the RSA has been very, very happy with it because they're able to really see what's going on, the status of the order. One of the things that we had was the customer would call and we didn't know when the job was scheduled. We didn't know the status of the job, so it helps us to be more professional as a company when the customer can call and we can see the status of the job, if it's been ordered, if it's here, if it's scheduled for installation, and just really made us look better in our professionalism. Increase as a result of force.
Why is Floorzap different from other similar products?
Kevin Johnston: So first up is different because previously we've used QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks desktop only and it was funky. It wasn't foreign specific but this definitely is geared around foreign. uh, if you have other things as well, we do wallpaper and blinds and it works well for that as well, um. We have tried to look at other software. I won't mention their names, but some of them have been very clunky and difficult to work with, difficult to figure out. Also with Forsa but it's cloud-based, so it's nice. We can look at it anywhere. I know not everybody, I don't think is offering that type of cloud-based today.
