Jessica Patterson: Hi, most of you may know me by now, but my name is Jess. I just returned from maternity leave and my job title is AST Servicing Team Leader.
Jessica Patterson: I joined FLM in January 2014, which means I've been here 10 years this month.
Jessica Patterson: I work alongside Lyli, Sadie and Sangi and I perform quality checks on completed submissions. I provide support with team development and training, managing the outsourcing for DB schemes as well as monitor and manage adviser catch ups and IOU for any high-value cases which is anything solely or collectively over a value of 400,000. I also manage this for private clients regardless of the transfer amount. I'll also be dealing with adviser complaints, quarterly adviser, survey results, team recruitment OA queries and management as well as any ad hoc team projects.
Lyli Dante: My name is Lyli and I am the new business team leader.
Lyli Dante: It will be three years in February that I've been in FLM.
Lyli Dante: So within my role, I manage the new business team's personnel, one to ones, ongoing training and development. I also vet and oversee and manage the FLM servicing mailbox, the sales force workflow, making sure that the submissions are coming through correctly and the advisors are receiving their submissions in a timely manner. I deal with team queries and advisor queries, also updates to the team on any processes that have changed within SJP or the company in the background. I also work on ad hoc projects.
Sadie Queen: My name is Sadie Queen and I am the team leader within the advisor support team of the Replacements function.
Sadie Queen: I have been working at FLM since January 2020. So I've been here four years now.
Sadie Queen: I manage the replacements team personnel which includes but is not limited to one to ones, probation meetings and holiday requests. I provide the team with their daily task allocations and assist with ongoing training and development ensuring that the team are kept up to date with any process changes. I manage the replacements mailboxes ensuring that cases are progressing in a timely manner. I do eight quality checks on SOPS per month which are completed by the admin team and I deal with any team queries and advisor queries that are relating to non high value clients. I'll also assist in some project ad hoc project work behind the scenes.
