Sadie Queen: My name is Sadie Queen and I am the team leader within the advisor support team of the Replacements function.
How long have you been working at FLM?
Sadie Queen: I have been working at FLM since January 2020. So I've been here four years now.
What are you specifically responsible for within the remit of your role?
Sadie Queen: I manage the replacements team personnel which includes but is not limited to one to ones probation meetings and holiday requests. I provide the team with their daily task allocations and assist with ongoing training and development ensuring that the team are kept up to date with any process changes. I manage the replacements mailboxes ensuring that cases are progressing in a timely manner. I do eight quality checks on soaps per month um which are completed by the admin team and I deal with any team queries and advisor queries that are relating to non high value clients. I'll also assist in some project ad hoc project work behind the scenes.
