Who is your 'shout out' for?
Peter Coleridge: I'd like to give a shout out for Nicki because I don't think sometimes she gets a recognition. Maybe that that she deserves, I think part of that it comes from the fact that she kind of straddles a number of different functions in a way. She's CS A to me. but also, you know, she has her own bank of clients. she fills in for people on maternity leave, et cetera, et cetera, but she's got a great work ethic. she's very conscientious and diligent and she really does care about doing and trying to do a really good job for the clients. So, I think she deserves a bit of a shout out. That's it.
