Who is your nomination for?
Olivia Harper : I would like to nominate Rachel Morgans for my employee of the quarter nomination. Rachel, you have the best work attitude, you're always so positive. And you literally go above and beyond to help in so many cases with me. So thank you. And you embody so many of the FLM core values. I won't kind of list them all but to name a few, clients come first, there's been a number of cases where we've got a bit stuck in terms of providers being tricky and you've literally gone above and beyond to make sure that we've managed to get it through and the client get their paperwork and manage to get kind of pensions over, which has been hugely helpful and then, doing what you say you're gonna do, you, you know, you promise the world and then you actually do it, which is great. I think we had a case where I don't even ask why, but there was an, a number, a very high number of CYC'S that had to be done to kind of make sure we were doing things right? And Rachel worked through every single one of them, every single scenario, so many CYC's can't even count them on my hand. So, and she did it with a smile on her face. You know, it was out of hours and she was so, so helpful. So, thanks so much Rachel. And yeah, you're my nomination.
