Minnie Wong: Good afternoon. I'm Minnie. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be interviewed. I'm interested in a corporate tax assistant for several reasons. Firstly, I have a strong person for pursuing a career in tax field, particularly in corporate tax. As I have been working in the in revenue department in Hong Kong for both salary tax and corporate tax team for over 16 years. And my career background is mainly in taxation and a roles. The chance to work in taxation attracts me and I'm eager to expand my tax knowledge and gain valuable experience in UK taxation. Besides the diversity within the company attracts me. I enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and I strongly believe that my strong communication skills can contribute significantly to effective communication and personalized assistance for both clients and advisors from various backgrounds and experience. Furthermore, I'm attracted by the diverse range of job duties of this position. I have interest and deep understanding in accounting and finance and this role involve not only tax related task but also accounting and bookkeeping task. It offers the opportunity for me to work on accounting and bookkeeping work and enhance me to expand my expertise and skills in these areas and these are the reasons that I'm interested in applying for this role. Minnie Wong: Hello. Uh Maybe I can share about my hobbies. My hobbies are hiking and playing badminton for the hobbies of hiking. I have developed a valuable teamwork and collaboration skills and engaging in group hike has taught me how to support and encourage team members and overcome challenges together. This experience have strengthened our ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders with diverse backgrounds. On the other hand, playing badminton games has enhanced my teamwork skill. The sport requires consistent um coordinations and cooper operation with partner during the game by actively participating in badminton. I have learned how to cooper with others co communicate effectively and provide support to my teammates. Moreover, both sports have improved my analytical skills when researching new rules or discuss strategy with partner during a badminton game. I learned to think critically, analysis, information and solve problems. These analytical thinking skills are highly transferable to any role at my work. Thank you.

Minnie Wong: Uh To me, a perfect company culture is the first thing. Uh the company should emphasize on maintaining an open and transparent communication because it is important to let the employees feel comfortable expressing their concerns and ideas in question without fear of judgment. And these involvements can allow effective communication with clients and advisors and uh enable us to understand the need and maintain strong professional relationship. The second point is the company should emphasize teamwork as working together with clients, colleagues and advisor, post a sense of unity and collective responsibility. It also enable us to share knowledge, utilize different viewpoints and work together to achieve common goal. Thirdly, the company should uh emphasize continuous learning and growth because company culture that supports professional development through training, mandatory program and educational resources, ensure us to stay up to date and provide accurate information to others. Lastly, the company should also put focus on maintaining healthy work life balance because it is important to maintain well-being and productivity. Our flexible work environments help foster a positive atmosphere and enhance communication and focus

Minnie Wong: To me, a perfect team should include teammates who are collaborative, adoptable, competent and process excellent communication skills. Firstly, collaboration is important because the team, it needs the team can work together seamlessly utilizing each member's expertise to provide comprehensive support to clients and colleagues. Secondly, adaptability is crucial because the world changes every day and it is important that the team can quickly adopt to new information, changing laws and shifting client needs to ensure proactive and up to date advice can be given. Thirdly competent is also important because the teammates should be competent and well equipped with specific knowledge and they should always have a desire to improve the technical knowledge continuously. Finally, effective communication skills is vital because each member can express idea clearly and concisely actively listen to others. And these can foster productive environments which in turn, enhance the problem solving and decision making process within the team. In some, it can help to maximize the efficiency of the team.
