Lyli Dante: I'm Lyli and I am the new business team leader.
How long have you been working at FLM?
Lyli Dante: It will be three years in February that I've been in FLM.
What are you specifically responsible for within the remit of your role?
Lyli Dante: So within my role, I manage the new business team's personnel, one to ones ongoing training and development. I also vet and oversee and manage the FLM servicing mailbox, the sales force workflow, making sure that the submissions are coming through correctly, and the advisers are receiving their submissions in a timely manner. I deal with team queries and adviser queries. Also updates to the team on any processes that have changed within SJP or the company. In the background. I also work on ad hoc projects.
