Lauren: Hi, my name is Lauren and I am the marketing manager at FLM.
What fosters your sense of belonging?
Lauren: I think a sense of inclusion is fostered through sharing each other's successes and achievements and celebrating as a team, which I think we do really well at FLM, we do a lot of incentive days all together, which makes everybody feel really included and appreciated.
