Lauren: Hi, my name is Lauren and I am the marketing manager at FLM.
What fosters your sense of belonging?
Lauren: I think we can um foster a sense of belonging through um sharing each other's success and celebrating that together, which I think is something we do really well at FLM. Um We really love to reward people through um team incentives. Um bring everyone together, get everybody involved no matter what gender you are or your background, everybody's hit their targets done well at work. And so we bring them together to make sure that they feel appreciated and rewarded.
