James Cowell: Hello, everyone. It's James Cowell here from the Replacements team on the case writing side. I'd like to express my gratitude to Chris Morton, who's been a great mentor and guide me throughout my cross training journey into case writing and continue to provide amazing support. Chris has not only taught me the skills and knowledge that I need to excel but has also inspired me to pursue my goals with a passion and confidence. She's always been supportive, patient and encouraging even when I face challenges or made mistakes, she's also given me valuable feedback and advice that's helped me improve my performance and grow as a team member. I've also learned so much from Chris and very thankful for the opportunity to work with her. She's a true asset to FLM and a role model for all of us.
