Charlotte Ohlson: This is a shout out for Maddie.
What have they done?
Charlotte Ohlson: What has Maddie done? Well? I mean, she's been at the company for less than six months. I feel like she's been around forever. She is totally invaluable to me and the team. She, she just, she has the most incredible attitude. There's absolutely nothing she doesn't try. She, she loves picking up the phone. I think that's one of her best traits. It just means we get things done so quickly, whether it's a client and introducing herself, anyone internally. She, she's just no fear in, in picking up the phone. She always looks for the answer for things before asking. So she, she gets to know the file looks through emails. she'll call up, you know, SJP admin team just to get the knowledge before asking questions, which is so nice. She chases all time. She chases people before I even thought to chase. She's just one step ahead. She's so brilliant with sales force, I think after about two weeks she was giving training sessions um with an FLM to people. She, she listened to online videos to get herself to the place she needed to be to do that. just seriously proactive and she's a total joy to work with. we are so lucky to have her.
