Who is your 'shout out' for?
The the colleague that I'd like to shout out is Jamie. about a year ago now we started doing monthly catch up meetings, which he set time aside for, which was really helpful, set out a really good path for me. Both with work and exams and things like that. Not only did he support me in those aspects, but he's, he's very understanding and helpful when it comes to sort of personal sides of things. And it's just always been really, really understanding throughout the year and just provided such a great direction for me going forward. So, yeah, for those reasons, I'd like to shout out Jamie.
