What is your role? and what do you do?
Nadia Bashir: Hi, my name is Nadia and I am the people manager at FLM and I work to look after our wonderful team members.
What do you love most about your role?
Nadia Bashir: I think it would have to be coming into a new business and getting to know lots of different people, and just getting to know all the amazing people that I get to work with every single day and helping them out in whatever way I can.
What has been your pathway to this role?
Nadia Bashir: So for a long time, I wanted to be an actor and I happened to fall upon people management, human resources and something just clicked. And since then I have been lucky enough to find myself in some fantastic roles which has eventually led me here.
Tell us 1 lie and 1 truth
Nadia Bashir: I can hold my breath underwater for three minutes. And I was once locked in a safe.
which one was the lie?
Nadia Bashir: Yeah, I can't hold my breath under the water for three minutes. I can barely do half a second and half a minute. So, that was the life.
who do you want to hear from next?
Nadia Bashir: I'm not too picky about who I want to hear from next, but I think it would be really interesting to hear this from one of our advisors.
