What is your name and what is your role?
Liv: Hi, I'm Liv and I'm a project manager.
What do you do on a day to day basis?
Liv: Um every day in the role is quite different. Um but most days I'm working with the Growth Board, um delivering and working on projects across the company.
What do you love most about your role?
Liv: The best part of my job is that no, two days are the same. Um, I could be doing something different every day. Um, and I get to work with people across the whole company from every different team.
What has been your pathway to this role?
Liv: So most people will know that I've had quite a few roles at FLM. Um I started about six years ago almost um as a temp doing admin and have worked through lots of different departments. And three years ago, worked with management and leadership at FLM, developing the role of project manager, which was new to the business at the time that I started.
Tell us 1 lie and 1 truth
Liv: Ok. One lie, one truth. When I was younger, my absolute dream job was to be a barmaid and I made my mum promise I begged her to send me to barmaid college when I grew up. probably watched a bit too much Eastenders as a child. The other one is that my absolute favourite food is red onion and I'll just sit and like, eat one raw as a snack most nights. But I'll let you guess which one is the truth and which one is the lie?

Liv: So the lie was red onion. I actually don't like it very much. I think it's kind of gross. And I was desperate to be a barmaid when I was younger. Um, and I was for a while so dreams can come true.
