Kira Mc Ardle Castle: My name is Kira Mc Ardle Castle. I work on the adviser support team on the servicing side.
What do you do on a day to day basis?
Kira Mc Ardle Castle: On a day to day basis, we process and submit workflow cases that the advisers and their support team send in. We do admin queries. We generate documents for clients and advisers. We send documents to clients if need be, we maintain our communication with the advisers and their team. We keep everyone up to date with how cases are going and we also make sure if there's any issues that anyone encounters, we either have a solution or we try to find a solution.
What do you love most about your role?
Kira Mc Ardle Castle: One of the things that I love most about my role is there's always something new to learn. It's my first time in the Finance sector and it's been fast paced, especially the last tax year. I really enjoy the collaborative teamwork and it shows that everyone, like, wants to do well for each other. It's nice to do something new every day. So whether that's a task I haven't done before or getting more experience in ones that I have done and also helping others who are more new to it.
What has been your pathway to this role?
Kira Mc Ardle Castle: So previously I've worked in retail and in a nursery role. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do next. And not a lot of people in my life had worked in finance. So I, when I found the job list online, I knew I wanted to experience a new sector. The description of the job was really interesting. Nothing like I've done before, so I went for it and here I am.

Kira Mc Ardle Castle: Oh, tell us one lie and one truth. I love putting different types of food into sandwiches and I am ambidextrous.
