What is your name and what is your role?
James: Hello everybody. My name is James O'Malley. Some people in the office do know me as John and I'm a Bespoke CSA for Sebastian Le Barth.
What do you do on a day to day basis?
James: So my day to day is assisting Seb service, his client bank, whether that be diary management, writing pension reports, liaising with the AST team with the new business process in terms of write up and SLS um helping manage the marketing side, any events that we have going on, attending meetings and helping with any follow up prep that comes along with that.
What do you love most about your role?
James: It would definitely be the client facing role. Seb's got a super interesting client bank and it's just lovely to meet them on a day to day basis. And, yeah, it's always interesting in meetings.
What has been your pathway to this role?
James: So when I first joined FLM, I worked in the CSA team, which was probably more like the AST team is now. And I worked under Sangi and she was very supportive and she helped me progress into more bespoke role with Sebastian.

James: I have a real passion for surfing.
James: I absolutely love to surf and I never go on about, absolutely loving to surf.
which one was the lie?
James: I think we all know that one guys.
Who do you want to hear from next month?
James: The person I would absolutely love to hear from next is a person who I've known since his first day at FLM. And his name is Tom Pohl.
