What is your name (if you are happy to share) and who is your FLM Adviser?
Monica Juneja: My name is Monica and my FLM advisor is Lewis Cox.
Can you tell us a little bit about your journey with FLM and your adviser?
Monica Juneja: So I've had support from Lewis and his colleagues for over six years now. And it's been incredibly invaluable. Not only have I learned so much about investing and what's right for me, I have peace of mind that my investments are being taken care of. And Lewis has always been incredibly reliable and responsive which I have valued deeply. He's at the end of a phone call or the end of an email if I need him. So it's been a real pleasure having him as my FLM advisor actually, so much. So I even convinced my partner to switch to him as well.
How has your adviser added value to your life?
Monica Juneja: So the value Lewis has provided is not just financial, although that's really helpful too. Um For me, having confidence and peace of mind that I'm making the right decisions about my finances goes a really long way. The other value that Lewis adds is he'll happily explain various products to me so that I really understand the mechanisms that sit behind them despite the fact that he's probably repeated himself a dozen times already. Um I always asked him the same questions, but he never shows his frustration. He's always very patient and I really appreciate that.
Why do you choose to work with FLM and your adviser over other Financial Planning companies?
Monica Juneja: I met Lewis through my ex-employer um about six years ago, as mentioned and it's been such a great working relationship since the, since the time we met, I don't see any reason to really move to another financial planning organization. I I getting the service and the support that I need and the relationship is really strong, so happy where I am.
Is there anything else you can share about your experience of working with your Adviser and the wider FLM team?
Monica Juneja: I think Lewis works with some great colleagues. I mean, it would be remiss of me if I didn't mention my amazing accountant Trisha Hirani. And it's also been great to get to know Jake Howden as well. I can see a Minnie Lewis in the making there. The three of them have taken care of me and my investments really well over the last few years. So long. May that continue?
