What is your name (if you are happy to share) and who is your FLM Adviser?
Kevin Redman: Hi, my name is Kevin Redman and my FLM advisor is Ed Forsyth and Trish Hirani.
Can you tell us a little bit about your journey with FLM and your adviser?
Kevin Redman: I have known Ed and Trish for and worked with them for around six years now. And, um, Ed has always helped us on more my tax returns, business insurances and setting up companies and health insurances. Um, and they have been absolutely brilliant. Ed is a trustworthy adviser and, um, about two years ago I had a, a health incident occur in my life and I have to admit Ed was an absolute hero without him. Most probably we'd never have found the facilities I needed to find without Ed's help. So I will always be thankful to Ed and his team for everything they've done for myself and my family. Mhm.
How has your adviser added value to your life?
Kevin Redman: Ed and Trish have added so much value to my life be that from the social events I've done with them. Uh and to the friendship we have built up together through to really looking after my tax affairs, which has taken a lot of stress away from my life. Um And really going back to when Ed advised us in the very early stages on what was the best health insurance required and um finding us the best policy which we did have to utilize as a family. And um the health insurance was more than adequate for the costs of care that I would have had to have covered without Ed's advice and finding me the right insurance policy. So they will always value add value. They would have been brilliant. They're always a phone call away and willing to give you their advice.
Why do you choose to work with FLM and your adviser over other Financial Planning companies?
Kevin Redman: So I think this is integral to why, to work with FLM and particularly Ed. Ed, I totally trust and he will go out of the way, his way to build a relationship with you and understand you what your motivations are and where you're trying to get your life and will really help you in planning those steps ahead of you. Um I've always found that FLM have gone the extra mile. Um They genuinely care, they make you feel like you're the priority to them. And I think that's a massive reason as to why I work with FLM.
Is there anything else you can share about your experience of working with your Adviser and the wider FLM team?
Kevin Redman: For me, there are no better advisor than Ed and Trish. They are in what I have experienced in my professional career, genuine trustworthy people. And you can always go to them. I would not recommend them more highly enough.
