Out of 5 stars, how would you rate FlipSystem?
Zayn: Out of five stars. I would honestly era the flip system. It's been a, it's been a five out of five star service. So far, we've managed to secure two properties. We've been on the team since uh around July. Um Honestly, from start to finish, the whole process has been such a smooth sailing, you know, connecting us with all the right people, the team on the ground, um all the lenders that we needed to secure it. Um We're already in construction with our first deal honestly. Yeah, I couldn't recommend it more. Five out of five stars.
How long have you been a part of FlipSystem and what kind of success have you had thus far?
Zayn: Myself and my wife have been with the flip system since around July. Uh We managed to purchase our first property within, I would say, honestly, about three weeks, um We've also purchased the second property a couple of weeks after everything we learned along the way in regards to like the lending. Um, you know, we've done some delayed financing on the first property which didn't even know was a thing we still managed able to use the same lender um with on the second property again. Um The first property is under construction at the moment and our second one's going under in the next couple of weeks. So we're hoping, you know, between these two deals, we're looking at almost a 50 to $60,000 profit margin um in total. So honestly, absolutely incredible. And we, the process so far has been great, the community and the whole involvement from the team.
Could you describe your overall experience with FlipSystem?
Zayn: My overall experience with the flip system um would be amazing. Uh Honestly, for something that I stumbled up upon online, um was a little bit skeptical at first and then after jumping on the call, uh I think it was with Jackson when we first had a chat about it all and kind of understanding of the, the system took me a little bit just to, to sort of buy into it because I originally was just like, oh, you know, I didn't think it was not that it was too good to be true, but, you know, there was a little bit, there was educational side behind it and what could actually come of it. Um And the fact that within a couple of weeks, um under a month was able to, to get into our first deal and, you know, be connected with these real people on the ground, like it wasn't some get rich quick scheme. It was empowering like us as people to be able to, you know, utilize the tools that are out there to the world. Like everybody has access to this stuff already, but it's just not spelled out like the way it is like this has been uh an easy system to be able to work through, understand all the different aspects of purchasing property here in the US. Um where to set up the company, you know, just being connected with everyone in the community has just made it uh an easy process so far. And we're moving through to that and finishing construction and then we'll get to the sale process. Um But so far 10 out of 10.
