Out of 5 stars, how would you rate FlipSystem?
Tony: Flip system is a five out of five to give you all the tools you need to be successful in the fix and flip project boots on the ground, especially contractor and property management and a great property tracking system to build out and correctly. Calculate your deals taken from someone who has made all the mistakes you could make in a fix and flip deal. This is way easier and a must have for those of you who are in the fix and flips.
How long have you been a part of FlipSystem and what kind of success have you had thus far?
Tony: I have been a part of flip system for just about four months now and I'm two months into my current deal, which is actually wrapping up in the next few weeks. Two months is fast, especially during a slower and colder season like it is now. Uh but with the right people in place as recommended by flip system, I haven't had any issues. Uh But what's really underrated is the flip system community which I can rely on to evaluate potential deals. I was able to save myself for some tough deals by leveraging the community to ask the right questions and avoid the pitfalls that an out of state fix and flipper may not be able to see.
Could you describe your overall experience with FlipSystem?
Tony: My overall experience with flip system has been great. It's not like one of those programs where they, you know, get your money and then they set you off and you have to figure everything out yourself. Um, regular coaching calls, we have community chats. You can definitely leverage community for advice um on how to do certain things if you have certain questions you want answered. Um It's been fantastic just because of all the support that's in place um and built into the program, so very happy with that.
