Tina: Hi, everybody. My name is Tina and I just wanted to, uh, tell you a little bit about flip system. I became a member in July of 2023 and it's just been an amazing journey. Everybody is so nice and helpful and supportive. They have a great system. Um The teachable is an online app that they go through a ton of videos. Um They're very well professionally organized and done. Uh, very good to hear and understand um very clear concepts. Um They also, they have a system that actually is a PTS that's like a CRM system where they give you deals and the system calculates everything for you. Um They teach you how to calculate the deals and how to analyze the deals, but the system does it all for you, which is awesome. Um They've done everything they said that they would do. They have a Discord um app where you go and, and you can actually ask whatever questions you need to ask. Um, in the Discord, you can type them out and then people, the whole flip system team, you know, will get back to you on that as well. As, um, if you, they have like a weekly call where you can go live and, and ask questions, um, if you have any issues, um, the owners of the company are very honest and, um, very professional and they'll answer any question that you have and they have acquisition managers. They have actually everybody that they said they would, um, including realtors, property management companies, acquisition managers and they explain the whole system very, very well. And the deals that they give you are real. Um the numbers, you know, work out to between 10 and $15,000 a deal for profit and everything is going really well. Thank you so much.
How long have you been a part of FlipSystem and what kind of success have you had thus far?
Tina: Hi, everybody. I've been a member of flip system for a couple of months now and my success has been, um, mainly in, uh, learning, learning a lot about real estate in terms of how to analyze deals, um, how to get, uh, money. Um, if you need money to, to borrow, they explain all of that to you. Um, I've also learned a lot about how to analyze and look at a property from different perspectives from the, um, investors perspective from rental real estate to cash on cash return, you know, all these different formulas. Um, that's been amazing. Um, the system is so easy to use and it's been just a, a real pleasure to be a part of it.
Could you describe your overall experience with FlipSystem?
Tina: Hi, everybody. My name is Tina. Um, my whole experience with clips has been really amazing. It's been a couple months now. I've been really mainly focused on learning, uh, watching all the videos participating in the conference calls that we have as well as the Discord app, um, where you can go in there and type in any questions that you have. Um, everybody's been very helpful. The owners of the company, an Antoine and Eric are amazing. They're very honest people. Um, they've done everything that they said that they would do. We have, um, acquisition managers, Mitch and, and that help you get deals and, um, the deals are you make between 10 and $15,000 on each of the deals, they send them over to you and you analyze them in the system, which is so simple because, um, it calculates all the numbers for you automatically. Um, the coaches are great everybody. Um, Sean is my coach and he's been amazing just teaching me, you know, little things here and there. Um, everybody answers the questions really quickly in the Discord and also they have a weekly conference call every week where you can go on there live and ask any questions that you want. Um It's been an amazing experience. I just wanna say thank you to everybody.
