Speaker: Sean
Out of 5 stars, how would you rate FlipSystem?
Sean: Hey, I would rate, uh, flip system 4.5 out of five stars just because I always think there's room for improvement. I'd like to see a few things added. Um, and they've actively been working on improving it since I've started. So it's heading in the right direction.
How long have you been a part of FlipSystem and what kind of success have you had thus far?
Sean: I've been with flip system for just about six months now, had some early success, uh being able to pick up a few properties. Um, early on, uh, the first property was able to successfully refinance, uh pretty much with no money in maybe, you know, a little bit in terms of like closing costs. Um The appraisers apparently in my market, the appraisals aren't going as well as they used to in the past. So that was a bit of a challenge, but, you know, we were see the right guidance, got another appraisal and was able to get out of that one. We currently have two other properties on the market right now that we're looking to refinance. Um Again, I think the market is a little bit slow, but in terms of, um, everything flip system provided was able to go out and execute and, you know, close on some properties.
Could you describe your overall experience with FlipSystem?
Sean: My overall experience with flip system has been positive. Um Always room for improvement. I think that they're actively working on developing the Cr ma little bit further. I would like to see more of a community aspect. They are hosting events. Uh Luckily in my area in Los Angeles. So, you know, gonna be happy to attend that. Um Of course, uh they're actively working on, you know, bringing more, you know, value to the students. Um But the biggest thing I would say flips system gave me as an opportunity, you know, we all make excuses or, you know, don't have the know how and how to get started. Um Sometimes our local market is in a difficult place, you know, not everybody's backyard is a good place to invest. So uh giving kind of shedding the light on that. It's possible to do real estate, not only virtually but in other markets um was definitely the biggest thing that flip system provided and of course, just all the resources and guidance. Um you know, once you get into your first deal, I feel like you expedite your learning curve tremendously. You learn on the go, you have the right guidance there for when you know, challenges come up. But, you know, it's not rocket science again, once you get into the field and, and start, you know, working with your property manager and your agents and everybody, uh you learn a lot very quickly and the teams that I've been introduced to have been very professional and of course, have been vetted out by flips. So that goes a long way. Uh not getting screwed on any rehabs. Uh The rehabs have been spotless and not, you know, not going over budget really timely, you know, finishing things within the project deadline, um or, or within the timeline that they estimated and that's huge. Those are things that can really kill a project, especially when you're just getting started. So that alone has taken a lot of the stress and kind of obstacles out of the way.
