Sean M.: Hello everyone. Um I am a newer student been with flip system for about a month now and I would say that the experience has been extremely rewarding so far, actually just got a um property under contract officially within a month. So was kind of, you know, questioning what the timeline would be on that. But really if you just set the time and work with your team and do what needs to be done and, and you know, stay committed to your goals, you can definitely make it happen. I'm based out of California, which has always been a barrier to entry for me in the real estate market. So I would think, you know, the biggest thing that flip system provided me was an opportunity to not only get started with real estate, um but get exposure to markets that, you know, probably, you know, better suit where I am in life um in terms of opportunity and you know, just having the guidance along the way, right? There's a lot of little details, it's not rocket science, but it is daunting any time you don't know. Um anytime you're doing something new and so just following you know, all the tutorial videos just to get some good information, but just connecting with the team and that really expedites the process just getting to speak to someone with experience. I mean, you can pick things up quickly. Um But the best part is that their team and resources are vetted. Um I could say that my property manager, the lenders, they've recommended like really everybody I've been introduced to by flip system has been incredible and extremely patient and understanding of the level of experience that some of the flip system students will have, which is very key, you know, not all lenders and people would want to work with you with your lack of experience. Um And so, yeah, it just kind of helps you build up your reputation, get that experience so that beyond that, when you want to go into markets that are even outside of flip system scope, um you know what you're talking about and, you know, people take you seriously. So overall it is a big investment but it has made me stay committed to getting my investment back and being on top of my business and all of that. And, you know, already if everything goes to plan obviously with this first um property, you know, I'm, I'm I'm assuming challenges will come up, but I'm looking based on what I forecasted, I'll get my whole investment back. So it's really possible. Um But, you know, in general, even if you know, I don't make the most profit on my first deal, just getting into the game and just putting my foot in and getting that experience has been priceless. And I genuinely was someone that had concern joining anything online stuff like that. Um I resonated with Antoine Story. He also was based out of California and kind of, you know, with, with experience, develop this process. Um but just, just that experience alone and just like, you know, to be able to say, like I'm, I'm in the game and I'm, I'm, I'm starting out, but I'm, I'm actually, you know, finally put my money where my mouth is, has been an amazing experience. I, I can't recommend it enough. And, you know, even if it takes you a little bit longer than others, I mean, you'll definitely recoup your investment and then have a, a good platform and, and guideline on to how to grow your business from there. And I do this with a full time job. It's been great just after work, analyzing all the deals that are sent to me. The acquisition team is great, sending those over to the property manager, getting their feedback, then putting offers based on the recommendation and feedback and then essentially just playing the waiting game until one gets picked up. And that's kind of been how I've been balancing it. Um I hope to scale from there, but this is a great place to start, you know, get your foot in the door with one property scale it from there and then get into different markets and, you know, that's all readily available with what system provides. So genuine testimonial. Um just, just go out there and do it. There's a lot of people with way less resources in life with way more challenges with way much more stuff that they're dealing with that are successful. So why can't we be? And um that's, that's how I felt and, you know, I definitely feel like I'm on the right path and I don't think I would have gotten started now. Uh maybe in the future on my own but not only getting started but avoiding a lot of mistakes that people with more experience than us have made that they can teach us from. Sean M.: So I've been a part of flip system for about a month now, I'm based out of California. Um Really, I just got my first property under contract. After making several offers, I received a ton of potential deals, leveraged the team to analyze those deals, sent them over to the property manager that I was introduced to got feedback on properties that they've already toured and which ones to stay away from and kind of the situation of, of those properties um and confirmed kind of like our forecasts of A RB and different things like that. Um And then really went ahead and made um offers through the property manager and the realtors and just kind of played the waiting game and continued to analyze deals and send more over until one was accepted. And I'm proud to say that literally our top property that our top prospect, essentially that we wanted to get into was accepted, which is a dream come true. I mean, obviously, there's a lot of steps along the way that we still need to go through. But, you know, out of all the offers and out of all the properties we looked at it's amazing that, you know, we were able to get this one. So overall I'm extremely happy and, you know, um just, just happy to get started in real estate and go through the experience, the, the, the, the education aspect alone is priceless. So I say, go for it.

Sean M.: My experience with flip system has overall been very positive. You know, the biggest thing that's provided me is an opportunity. You know, I've always understood that real estate is a great investment vehicle. But since I'm based out of California, it was very difficult for me to get started. And so just getting access to a vetted team and other markets and having the guidance along the way, makes it a lot less daunting to get started. And so I would say that's the biggest value is making kind of like my goals, you know, be in motion, you know, they're not fully accomplished yet, but to, to be able to, you know, receive properties, analyze them, get guidance, be connected with trusted people, lenders, property managers, realtors and then have a property under contract um is definitely a dream come true for me. So um the the experience for those that don't have a lot of, you know, history with real estate, I would highly recommend it. You'll learn a lot along the way, you know, it's not rocket science, but you do. It definitely is helpful to learn from people that have been in your shoes before. And you'll make a lot less mistakes and save a lot of money if you can avoid those mistakes that, you know, they've, they've been exposed to. And so that, to me is worth the investment alone is not only the opportunity but kind of the right, um, you know, game plan when getting into the business.
