Out of 5 stars, how would you rate FlipSystem?
Royce: I would rate flip system, uh four stars, maybe four plus uh ironing out the kinks still. But an incredibly helpful group of people and uh working on scaling, they're implementing a lot of new features all the time and I feel really supported.
How long have you been a part of FlipSystem and what kind of success have you had thus far?
Royce: Been with flip system about two months. Now. The experience has been really incredible, learned a lot. Uh We've yet to do our first deal. Uh But it's just as we're a learning process and we have a criteria for our first deal. Uh that, that makes it a little bit harder for our first one. But anytime we've needed support, uh flip system and their team has been there for us. Great experience so far.
Could you describe your overall experience with FlipSystem?
Royce: Uh my overall experience with flip system so far has been great. I, I would say that this is where you can get support if you've ever been interested in investing in the housing market, learning a lot of things. Uh A lot of various styles of flips or exit strategies uh for your investments, uh incredibly helpful and I feel like everyone's friendly and informative. Uh we've learned so much and uh I think it's really cool in that anytime we've had questions or needed anything, there has been someone there to help us and they respond very quickly and it's been a great experience overall.
