Out of 5 stars, how would you rate FlipSystem?
Michael: As my experience goes so far, I would rate flip system five stars. Uh They're with you every step of the way first getting you on board, setting you up with a team in your desired location, uh getting you deals, staying on top of you, making sure you keep looking at your deals and keep moving forward. Um They pretty much never let you slack off, uh get you to be in the right position in order to close a deal and yeah, so for right now it is 100% seamless to me, which is why I rate this five stars.
How long have you been a part of FlipSystem and what kind of success have you had thus far?
Michael: I've been with flip system for just about two months. Now, I've looked at numerous amount of deals I've put in numerous offers. I've got numerous acceptance and um just recently moved forward on the deal that I've, I've had in mind that um the whole time. So I'm really excited about that. I just closed on that last Friday to be honest. And uh yeah, man, I'm looking forward to the construction process and continuing to move forward with uh my team and everybody in the flip system community. Definitely something that you should consider, especially if real estate has been on your mind for a while. Now, I was on mine prior to getting involved with flip system all the time wanting to leave my 9 to 5 job in order to do something on my own. And flip system has given me the opportunity to do that by making it 100% seamless and, you know, pretty much straightforward.
Could you describe your overall experience with FlipSystem?
Michael: My overall experience with flip system uh has been nothing but exceptional. Uh I, I've been involved in numerous projects before. Uh It was construction wise, I've been very hands on in all of those projects. And flip system has given me the same, same opportunity to be involved, but just so much less hands on. I mean, we're talking about, you know, minimal work to put in as far as construction goes, nothing to put in, right? Um You know, the deals are being sent to you. They're telling you to stay on top of you to look at your deals, you simply plug and play a few of the equations that they give you in order to find out if the deal makes sense for you, if the deal makes sense and you see that you're gonna have a substantial amount of profit at the end of it, you move on it and then when you move on it, you get an acceptance, acceptance of, of, of that property. Um You know, it's really that easy once you get, get accepted, uh you go through the paperwork, they actually sent the notary to me directly in my location. Since I'm not in the current state of where we're doing, uh, my first RNA, uh, so as, as I can speak now, I would give flip system, uh, a five star absolutely stellar, uh, rating and, and that's just based on my experience personally. Um, I haven't had any hiccups in the road. There haven't been any issues. I mean, from day one, from them opening up the LLC, um, to, to now two months later, me finally closing on my house, they've been with me every step of the way. They'll continue to be with me every step of the way. Uh We have a team calls on Tuesdays which you guys should check out. And uh yeah, man, it's, it's really, really good community. I would definitely recommend this to not only you but my family and friends, you know, this is a great opportunity to get involved in real estate like you've always wanted um kind of just dipping your toe in the water. So, um give it a shot. It's just my, my, my opinion based off my experience, but I would definitely recommend flip system to everybody else. I know.
