Out of 5 stars, how would you rate FlipSystem?
Les: How would I rate the flip system? Definitely hands down five out of five. Why it's so well organized. From the moment I made contact with them from customer service to the videos, there's a process, you kind of do the videos. By the way, I've learned so much and Antoine walks you through step by step and probably part of the most exciting thing. Uh the lenders, a list of lenders for pre-approval that flip system has already worked with and has lots of relationships with them and also boots on the ground, meeting your realtor, your property manager, the general contractor, you know, project manager, just everyone is there to help you if you just work the process. So very grateful Antoine, looking forward to buying my first property and many more to come so big Hurrah to you guys. Thank you.
How long have you been a part of FlipSystem and what kind of success have you had thus far?
Les: I've just been with the flip system less than four weeks, technically, about two weeks. And I've already met my team on the ground and that's probably the most exciting thing is to have that confidence of people who are very experienced to guide you.
Could you describe your overall experience with FlipSystem?
Les: My overall experience with the flip system has been probably one word that describes it as fluid from beginning to the process of getting you connected with your team and what to do next. I think that was probably the most um impactful thing that as far as my experience as I move forward to make. My first purchase is the organization of things by experts.
