Out of 5 stars, how would you rate FlipSystem?
Kade: I would give flip system a five out of five stars just based on the process and the product that they've created really streamlines, being able to invest in real estate out of state for especially for someone like me never investing in real estate. I join flip system a little over two months ago and I'm already under contract on my first deal. And in addition to the, the coaching and the, the teachable videos, the access to the community and the questions that you can get answered really helps you feel confident getting into deals that are going to be successful without having to do, take on all the risk of doing that without this community and without what they've built.
How long have you been a part of FlipSystem and what kind of success have you had thus far?
Kade: I've been with flip system about 2.5 months. I really took my time to go through all the teachable and rewatch some of them to make sure that I had a great understanding and I started, I had to start an LLC, create an LLC. And so I, I could have got into my first deal a little faster, but I really wanted to make sure that I had the relationship with the team on the ground built and all those relationships established and we just closed on our first deal. We have it under contract. It's pending construction.
Could you describe your overall experience with FlipSystem?
Kade: Overall, my experience with lip system has been great. It's, it has allowed me to become a business owner and to invest in something, invest in real estate, which is something I've been interested in a long time. I like many others live in an area where doing fix and flips is hard to do with the margins in my local market. And so, but taking that jump to do it without a program like this is risky and you can get yourself into a lot of problems and by not knowing, not having those relationships build and not being able to build those relationships on the ground without a lot of time and effort involved in flying out and meeting all these teams. So the amount of time and effort they put into putting the, the teachable together and, and all the time they've spent cultivating these relationships that they're passing along to us has really been invaluable in order to start this journey. Um I've only done one deal so far and I haven't even sold that deal yet. It's just, it's pending construction. But the process of getting into that deal has been so streamlined that I'm really excited to do a lot more deals using flip system and.
