Out of 5 stars, how would you rate FlipSystem?
Jordan H.: I would rate flip system as a 4.5 out of five. I say this because it basically does everything that you needed to do in order to succeed in real estate. Um, deals are sourced for you. Um So you have to do is go in there and look at the deals and decides which ones you want to pursue, which ones you want to get rid of. Um It does all the analysis for you in terms of cash flow. Um If you want to do a rental property, if you're looking to flip it, it tells you what your profit will be, it tells you what you should ask what the asking price should be of the home. What your renovation budget should be, what the after repair value of the house is. It's really a one stop shop for everything that you need in real estate. The only reason that I didn't give it a five is because there is an upgradable portion um that just automates Every small task that you can even think of. So, you know, that .5 probably would be got if I just had the upgradable version. But overall I'd give it a 4.5 out of five.
How long have you been a part of FlipSystem and what kind of success have you had thus far?
Jordan H.: I've been a part of flip system since I want to say the middle of January 2023. Um I joined, I believe, I, once I joined, I believe I put an offer in on the house a week two weeks after I joined, um, offer was accepted. Um I closed on the house in the middle of February and now we are doing renovations on the house, so super quick timeline. Absolutely, no complaints.
Could you describe your overall experience with FlipSystem?
Jordan H.: My overall experience with flip system has been great. Um You know, I've already talked about how I got my deal done. Like I got my first house under contract in less than two weeks of joining the program closed on the house within a month and now we're doing the renovation. So just from, you know, that point of view, that's great. But then also the content that is provided, the learning material is also super helpful. It's super knowledgeable, the contacts that you put into connection with um like insurance, realtors, property managers, project managers. Um it's invaluable. Um and also the Discord um is very useful as well. So being able to um ask questions to other people that are going through the process, being able to just talk to them about different things that you're dealing with and also just, you know, learning from what they're doing and how I can apply that to myself has been very helpful. So overall great experience.
