Out of 5 stars, how would you rate FlipSystem?
Joel: So the question is, what would I rate flip system from 1 to 5? Um I would have to say about a 4.5. Um I am only a couple months into it and uh I have gotten my properties. Um I have three properties that I've uh got under contract and um and I've learned a whole new way of dealing with the properties and who to go to for what questions. And um it has been very spectacular in that sense. Um I've had a couple little issues here and there um with being able to get a hold of people. But other than that, like you get 24 hour, well, you get access to being able to communicate with the, the people that have the most knowledge and resources and have gone through it all before. And not only that you have the ability to have conversations with other members that are learning their path and who have gone a little bit before you and, and uh and he has a very extensive way of communicating and explaining all of the materials. So it's um it's all there and uh and it's definitely um a full package.
How long have you been a part of FlipSystem and what kind of success have you had thus far?
Joel: So the question is, how long have I been a part of flip system so far? I've been in it for a couple months, a couple of few months and, um, and I've been able to put three properties under or two properties under contract and, um, one, I'm doing a rental and one I'm doing a flip uh, and sell our fixing flip. Um They're both, I mean, the resources that I've been able to get from this program and the connections that I'm able to make have made this process very easy. Um And uh it, it shows it's, um, they help you with all aspects of real estate and investing and, uh, and so far I've been able to do exactly what they promised that they would be able to do for me.
Could you describe your overall experience with FlipSystem?
Joel: My overall experience with flip system so far has been positive and good. Um, I have had problems with, uh, online courses and stuff in the past, uh, and the lots of promises not much deliver, this is not the case. Um, they definitely give you what, what you ask, uh, or what you pay for and, uh, and it's pretty, pretty, all of, it's pretty much above board. Um, and, uh, and I like how professional it is. I like how, um, they set expectations, um, they walk you through all of the different aspects of real estate and, uh, and they just allow you to learn as you go but you have somebody there constantly that's gonna give you advice on things that so you don't make the same mistakes that they make. Um, so, yeah, I overall it's been a very good experience. Right.
