Jeffrey M.: Hi, this is Jeff from Jeff and Jen Party of 10 and I would definitely rate the flip system process of five out of five stars.
How long have you been a part of FlipSystem and what kind of success have you had thus far?
Jeffrey M.: The wife and I have been a part of the flip system family. Now for two months, we have closed on our first property. Thank God. And we are currently under the rehab stage. Um We are eager to jump into our next property, but heeding the advice of Martel, we're going to hang tight, wait until we get to the last leg of the rehab process and then we're gonna jump right into the next project.
Could you describe your overall experience with FlipSystem?
Jeffrey M.: Our overall experience with the flip system process has been smooth and, and, and pretty much flawless. The only advice that I would have is just like any other business, you have to walk into this business. I don't know if I'm the only person that walked into this thinking that it was just gonna all be done for me and just be effortless. But um when it comes to the team on the ground, you have to maintain and manage that team, you have to stay on top of your realtor, you have to stay on top of your rehab team. You have to communicate effectively and in a timely fashion, um failure to do so will cost you deals. And initially you might look at it like it's them dropping the ball. But in all reality, it's something that you have to stay on top of at all times. But the flip system team has been phenomenal. They communicate very well. They are on top of giving you the best leads the best quality. What's gonna best fit your budget, your circumstance. Everybody's project is a little different. Everybody's cap, it was a little different. So they definitely make this a very individual process and they tweak it to fit your individual needs. So I would definitely advise that, you know, if you're thinking about jumping into the flip system, family do so.
