How long have you been a part of FlipSystem and what kind of success have you had thus far?
Ian: Been with flip systems for 90 days. I've been in contract with two homes. Didn't close yet. Construction reports just came back over budget, but I'm still working.
Could you describe your overall experience with FlipSystem?
Ian: My overall experience with flip systems is amazing. Didn't close on the house yet been about 90 days, had two houses in contract just the construction budgets came over price and um, team on the ground is dope. Um, all the coaches, the discord, the students, the communication, everybody responds in a timely manner, very professional agents, all the way down to all the uh, inspectors. Just a great, great uh situation to be in to be a part of.
