Farhan A.: So I would absolutely rate flip system as a five out of five. Um I believe it's uh been instrumental in teaching me what I need to know in order to successfully invest in real estate and not just like teaching me, but giving me the, the confidence to know that what I would do would be successful. Um It's not something that is promising me uh that, oh, I'm gonna make you a millionaire overnight, right? But it's giving me the tools I need to build myself successfully into a long term real estate investor and someone that is going to be able to uh scale this up and not just do this one time and be complete and done with it and just wash my hands of it. So, absolutely. It's a five out of five.

Farhan A.: I've been part of flip system for approximately a month, month and a half at this point. And they did a great job teaching me and I just immediately was able to within a few weeks, start placing offers on property. I just closed on my first ones. I have offers out to multiple other properties. So, um, this is something where it is hand holding you, but giving you tangible results early and honestly, I could have probably even closed even earlier than that, um, properties and I could take longer and do it right. It's not something that rushes you. It's something that helps you go at your own pace. And, uh, the system itself is, uh, really great and it's helped me achieve things that I haven't been able to so far in other tries. So, absolutely, I believe I've had as much success, success as I could hope for so far.

Farhan A.: So my overall experience with flip system has been just phenomenal. I stumbled across it when I was just uh scrolling through, like I forgot if it was like tiktok or youtube, but it was just something right? And I stumbled upon uh Antoine's ad and um I've obviously encountered a bunch of stuff like this, but it was the first ad where it seemed like it was a genuine guy who was just kind of looking to offer something to help people. Obviously, it's not free, it's not something where he's just giving stuff away promising, but it was just like, hey, I have something that I believe can help people. It's a service that I believe is useful and it's something uh that is tangible. So I um kind of uh reached out to them. I had an introductory phone call kind of in uh talked about my goals and my plans and they basically were able to kind of let me know, hey, this is something where we feel that you would be a good fit with our program. And so I paid the fee. I appreciated the fact that they had um a money back policy and that, hey, if you're actually doing the work and you're putting in the work and you're not able to maintain the success that we are saying that we'll help you achieve that we'll be able to, uh, get you your money back. And so I was definitely happy to kind of hear about that. Uh, just a little background on myself. I'm a physician. Um, really obviously busy with my main job and moonlight at other places. So I'm pretty busy overall and I've taken a couple of other real estate courses. I've paid thousands of dollars to take other real estate courses and I just never bit the bullet. I never closed on properties. I just never went through with it. I just got cold feet just because the whole thought process of, oh man, I need to locate a market. I need to find a real estate agent. I need to find a property manager. I need to find a rehab person. I need to do all these things on my own and vet them. It's just like scary to me. I'm not someone that likes making a lot of phone calls. I'm not someone that likes kind of interviewing two people and that's the, the beauty of what of what flip system offers, what kind of drew me to it, right? Is that, hey, they're like, hey, these, they, these are like markets that we know that we've been successful in. We have boots on the ground. We have real estate agents, we have property managers, we have people that specialize in rehab. We are giving you all of those people, right? And um basically, uh not, not only that, but you don't have to try to find deals on your own. We will be giving you access to deals we'll be having. Uh So uh is uh one of the people that I, that I work with, he basically every few days or week, he basically adds properties to my um um uh to my property manager, uh software. And he's like, hey, these are potential properties that you should look to invest in and you should look to go in and I am able to go in there and uh vet through them and sort through them than the ones I like at discussing with my real state uh agent. And basically, uh my real estate agent gives me feedback, tell lets me know what to offer and I just kind of go forward from there and just everything about this is perfect. It's exactly what I would hope for. That's, there's nothing more that um I can say about it other than I'm someone that has cold feet about everything. I just take my time with everything and this is something that has helped me achieve the peace of mind. I know that, hey, when I'm making an offer, when I'm going forward, I'm doing the best thing possible. And like, you know, again, I am someone who's very busy. I'm not someone who has 14 hours a day to kind of go through this to go through every um uh through every detail possible. And this is something that really kind of helps me out. So I feel that if I can do it, I definitely feel that any of that anyone else that signs up could like, you know, potentially do it. I was kind of joking uh in our discord, which is a group messaging thing where all the students are able to get together and speak directly with Antoine and his team. And I was basically saying that I don't want this to get too big because I selfishly, I selfishly want uh access uh to all the deals possible. And I want this intimate uh this intimate program. But I believe that Antoine and his team are gonna be able to scale it up because they truly do seem like a group of people that care. And just like, again, even when I had a question that pop up, his team like was like, messaged me today. They said, give me a call, they basically gave you a call, they walked me through numbers, they walk me through stuff. So it's just phenomenal. So again, cannot recommend system highly enough. I um hope that um anyone that's interested, looks, looks through it and I hope to see you on our discord soon.
