Out of 5 stars, how would you rate FlipSystem?
David I.: Hi, out of five stars. I would rate flip system five stars for me. Uh, it's delivered everything I have expected.
How long have you been a part of FlipSystem and what kind of success have you had thus far?
David I.: I have been part of flip system since the end of August, I have put two houses under contract. Um Both of them are currently under rehab. One should be completed within the next week or two and then the other one's probably only about halfway done. Um So success, not much yet, but hopefully, once we get them rehabbed and on the market, we will make a nice profit.
Could you describe your overall experience with FlipSystem?
David I.: My overall experience with flip system has been very positive. Um For me personally, I've been real estate investing for, mm, since 2018, I flipped a few houses locally by doing all the work myself, very extensive, uh very labor intensive and time intensive and not something I wanted to continue doing. So I knew exactly how to do everything but setting up a virtual market to be flipping. Um wasn't something I was prepared for. So flip system has, you know, delivered me with it or set me up with the team and they pretty much handled everything for me as expected. Uh So I pretty much hit the ground running and haven't stopped as far as what the people within flip system, I haven't had too much contact with just because I have an idea. I had a very good idea of what I was doing prior to starting and uh just have been working with my team basically.
