Out of 5 stars, how would you rate FlipSystem?
Connor J.: I would rate flip system of five out of five because this system is incredible. It is a proven system that Antoine and his team have come up with that has helped flip over 1000 houses. His team is professional, they're quick and they allow you to tap into their network and the teams that they already have on the ground in all their markets to make this a seamless transition to where it's not scary to actually invest in a real estate. You have someone holding your hand, step by step, answering any question or concern that you have. And it makes the process super super easy. Um It also helps with your learning curve to where you actually can build a team within a week, get your first property within the first month and actually see success quickly so that you can start scaling and developing a real business on the side to get out of any other situation you are in whether that's a 9 to 5 or if you just want to invest in real estate on your own, start growing your own real estate portfolio.
How long have you been a part of FlipSystem and what kind of success have you had thus far?
Connor J.: I've been a part of flip system for six months now. It has been an awesome journey and ride. I had zero uh, prior knowledge about real estate. Um, and I knew it was something I always wanted to get into. I went through the course very quickly in the beginning and then took some time to realize what market I want to get into. And once I picked that out within the last month here, I now have my first property under contract out of state.
Could you describe your overall experience with FlipSystem?
Connor J.: The overall experience I've had with flip system has been phenomenal. The amount of knowledge that I have gained in the last six months is unparalleled and it definitely outweighs the price of the course. The system is proven. The team that you work with is amazing and they make it super seamless and easy to be able to um get your business up and running just the tools and skills that I've gotten alone has given me the confidence to be able to find deals in any market. And I know that's one of the hardest things to find deals. And I feel like I'm uh just a, a superstar at doing this. And it's all because of the tools that I learned in this course and through this system, working with Antoine's team and going through the teachable. And so it's been um completely life changing. And now I'm able to actually grow a business and build a business from the ground up that is scalable. Um that is allowing me the time freedom to be able to go out and do things that I actually want to do with my time and I can work anywhere in the world and then be able to travel and still work on my business. So, it's been uh just an amazing experience overall.
