Out of 5 stars, how would you rate FlipSystem?
Colin: I would rate flip system five stars very confidently. Ever since I've joined the coaching program, antoine and his team have provided every resource I've needed, answered any question that I've had have been readily available for questions and consulting. They provided lenders and how to find markets and how to, how to scout deals connected me with agents and teams on the ground. Uh any resource that I've needed or any challenge I faced along the way and finding my first deals, they were there to help. Um, and even during the process of flipping deals and and going through that whole whole process, they've been super helpful in answering questions. Um, I highly recommend flip system. I wouldn't be where I'm at today without getting started in the coaching program.
How long have you been a part of FlipSystem and what kind of success have you had thus far?
Colin: I've been in flip system about six months now and so far, I've I've purchased two properties once currently being flipped and one's about to start the rehab phase. I've also built a team on the ground to help facilitate these deals and analyze them, put some systems and processes in place using the Crm provided by flip system and build my network up and gotten lenders that will work with me. So so far, so good.
Could you describe your overall experience with FlipSystem?
Colin: My experience with flip system so far has been great antoine and his team have been just helpful every every corner that they could be providing every resource beyond what I would even expect. So it's been super helpful uh getting through challenges and having the resources that they have, even things like some scripts and like what emails to write, um finding lenders. It's all been super helpful. The weekly coaching meetings to help answer questions live has also been great. Um It's overall been a great experience and so far seen great success. So.
