Out of 5 stars, how would you rate FlipSystem?
Claudia H.: Okay. So how would I rate flip system for me? Definitely a five out of five. The reason for that is because, um, I've started from the ground up and when I looked into flip system, I was very hesitant and wondered if, if Antoine was the real deal, if I was really going to get what we were going to invest. Um, I had my brother, my husband, everyone, you know, in like, um, at the different calls and things like that. I wanted to make sure that what I was going to get was going to be worth it. And I could tell you, um, completely transparently and honestly that it's totally worth it. There is no other way that I could have started my business. He's helped me start my LLC and showed me from the ground up. Like for Antoine, there was no stupid question because he started from the ground up. So he knows that his, his dad, his team, like everyone is so, um, nice. I know it sounds simple but like, it really does feel like a tight knit group and you really build from the bottom up, like everything you learn. He has a full like course, so super easy to understand. Um He takes you little by little and you learn so much and the amount of resources that he gives you that has taken him probably, I know, not probably for sure years to build. Um He shares all of that with all of his resources and not only that his contacts and friendships and relationships partnerships that have taken him a long time to build that we have access to. Since day one. I've honestly felt like I've been treated like like V I P. It's not like I just showed up to a place and started wanting to work with somebody and they're like, who are you? You know, it was like from day one, it was like being treated like I was the real deal. And in the beginning, you don't feel like the real deal, you know, you feel very intimidated, but he has made it feel um so easy and so good. So I give it a five out of five for, for so many reasons, but these are just a few of the reasons.
How long have you been a part of FlipSystem and what kind of success have you had thus far?
Claudia H.: So I've been a part of flip system since December. Um, so it's been about four months and, um, I have been connected to a team in um, the market that we're in a wonderful team. By the way, I have bought my first house closed on it and we're in the middle of rehab. And the experience with the agent was amazing. The experience now that I'm having with the whole, um, rehab is really awesome because we have a project manager management team that's out there dealing with all of the contractors. I don't have to do that myself. Um, they give me updates, they send me pictures, videos, whatever I need, whatever question I have, they're there to help. Um, the property management team is already, um, I'm already on boarded with them. I have my own portal as an owner and I know um where we're at on it. And so as soon as the rehabs over will start marketing it to put a tenant in there. And then, um, I have access um, with the team with flip system to figure out what my exit strategy is gonna be, how we're gonna sell it. And there's um Antoine gives us so many different resources and um advice and um on, on what to do next with the sale. Some people decide to refinance it and keep it. Um So for me, I'm going to be selling it and then moving on to do another one and hopefully like with the profit of this one by two and then, you know, keep scaling up. So, um it's in such a short time, I have been able to pretty much build, build a business and have something that I had. Had nothing, nothing when I started.
Could you describe your overall experience with FlipSystem?
Claudia H.: So flip system for, for us from husband and I has been pretty much life changing. Um It sounds pretty dramatic, but it's true because um we had been dreaming about this for a long time. And flip system is not just one of like one trick pony type of thing where you go, you give people your money and then they teach you one thing and then you're on your own. Like Antoine and his team truly are mentors. They lead you through this, they pretty much hand hold you, you know. Um and um you really do become a student and for me, it was important because I wanted not just to do it once or um I really wanted to build something um to do this for the long haul and um I am doing it and not only that, but now I feel that I've been empowered to um because of all everything that I've learned in such a short amount of time and I'm still learning to be able to do this on my own. I'm now looking at, I know how to analyze markets now and look at different neighborhoods and see if you know, if, if it's a good place to invest in. Um And I have access to so much resources and information with Antoine and his team and all of the other um partnerships and relationships that you're able to build, that you would have access, I wouldn't have access to otherwise. And in any profession, you know, how that, how important relationships are and partnerships. And so, um we're so grateful, we're thankful. Honestly, this has been, um, it has, it really has changed everything and so I can't rave about it enough and I'm just, um, recommended for sure.
