Out of 5 stars, how would you rate FlipSystem?
Chris R.: I've been a flip system student of Antoine's for about three months now, I've been following Antoine for over a couple of years, finally joined this flip system. And the thing I love about it, he's made it just perfectly streamlined for all the students. Um, get boots on the ground, property managers, contractors. That makes it very easy for somebody like myself who has a full time job and invest in real estate on the side. I'd highly recommend Antoine. Uh, the thing I love most about is he answers all these questions you're in the discord. Um, he pays attention to you, he answers you directly. It's been nothing but a great experience for myself. Highly recommended.
How long have you been a part of FlipSystem and what kind of success have you had thus far?
Chris R.: I've been a flip system student for about three months now have two properties under contract. Um Both have closed and both are under construction currently work. Um So two properties in three months. Uh, not too bad.
Could you describe your overall experience with FlipSystem?
Chris R.: My overall experience with flip system has been great. Um, I've offered on a number of properties, uh, two or under contract or two of close to or under construction. I'm looking to make a good amount on one as a flip and we'll keep the other as a rental. Um, everything's been great so far.
