Out of 5 stars, how would you rate FlipSystem?
Chris: Out of five stars. How would I rate flip system? Um, I'm relatively new to the flip system and, uh, it's only been a month for me and I'm already closing on a place. I feel pretty confident about it. So, um, yeah, I don't really have any complaints. I, I guess I would give it five stars.
How long have you been a part of FlipSystem and what kind of success have you had thus far?
Chris: Uh, I've been a part of flip system for a little over a month now, I've gone through all the tutorials and I've been looking for places. I finally found a place that looks like a great deal. I'm closing on that deal within seven days and I'm pretty confident about it, I think, um, as you go through the tutorials and you learn how to do this, uh, how to, how to flip houses, you start, it starts to make a lot of pragmatic sense and it sort of boosts that confidence to, um, understand that when you're stepping into a deal, you're stepping into a good one. Um, so I'm pretty happy with my progress so far.
Could you describe your overall experience with FlipSystem?
Chris: Overall, I would say my experience has been pretty great. I work long hours at times and I was worried about whether I would have enough time to, um, pay attention to this. And really, um, the great thing about flip system is the legwork of getting started in flipping homes, finding good realtors, finding good general contractors to work on, uh, rehabbing a place, um, good lenders lending strategies, all of that stuff has been figured out for you and, um, you really kind of step into a team with a lot of knowledge and a lot of great strategy that has been developed over years of flipping homes. So, um, for me, that was a really attractive attribute to this, uh, to this whole system. Um, I can tell you that, uh, if you're like me and you have a relatively busy schedule and you are interested in flipping homes or trying to develop a secondary income, it's a great option to consider. Um, I can't tell you whether you should do something or not, but, uh, you know, it's up to you. But, um, for me, uh, being able to spend, you know, a couple of hours here and there and to actually get a deal going within a month is, is, uh, has been a good move for me. So, uh, best of luck.
