Out of 5 stars, how would you rate FlipSystem?
Chris: Hey there, I'm Chris. I'd rate flip system five out of five stars.
How long have you been a part of FlipSystem and what kind of success have you had thus far?
Chris: I've been a flip system client for about a month now. I just got my first property under contract this past week in Cincinnati. It's been awesome working with the team on the ground in Cincinnati. My, my realtor has been amazing and it's great to vet everything back with the folks on the flip system side to, to make sure that I have multiple people that are aligned, that the decisions that I'm making are, are ultimately in my best interest.
Could you describe your overall experience with FlipSystem?
Chris: The experience has been great so far, the folks who work at flip system are super supportive. They're always willing to answer my questions in a, in a really thorough way. Uh They provide a ton of value on a weekly basis. We have a big group call and, you know, every, everyone gets to ask questions collectively and then everyone on the call benefits from hearing about the other situations that, that the other clients are experiencing. I I'm also a big fan of the, the tech product, the PTS, there's, there's an experience in the PTS where you can analyze all the different inputs of a potential deal to see if it's profitable and ultimately makes sense for you. And, you know, I'm, I'm, I'm using that tool quite a bit because, you know, ultimately I'm a numbers guy and being able to see everything very tangibly laid out in the product and know, hey, if this deal is, is slightly different related to say the purchase price or you know, this, this ultimately isn't worth it. So having, having that opportunity to, to tweak all these inputs very seamlessly and not have to, you know, recreate different types of templates say within Excel every time you want to do something uh that the, the PTS and that experience in particular has, has provided a lot of value for me.
