Bones: Hey, my name is Bones Rodriguez. I live in New York City. I'm sitting here on my bed with busted leg ac L surgery, but I'm on doing stuff over here with the flip system. And I gotta tell you from this bedridden place. I am. I had somebody else um, look at a property for me. Somebody else sent a video with a walkthrough for me. I was putting an offer in for me. So lying here in my bed, putting in offers to be able to start building up uh my real estate portfolio and I am thrilled for it. The second I found out that I could do it from here that I could buy and flip, buy and hold turnkey. All the things that are available to me in the flip system. I was signed on immediately. So it's been great for me again. I'm in New York buying properties in Pittsburgh. So that's exactly what I wanted, what I wanted. So, talk to you soon. Bye.
How long have you been a part of FlipSystem and what kind of success have you had thus far?
Bones: Hey, I've only been a member of flip system for about a week or two put in offers. Um, thankfully because of flip system, I could find a team to go observe properties and see if it was worth doing or not. And I've enjoyed it so far. There is one thing I know I'd like to have, um, instead of having to grab the information off of the PTS to make an email, I wish I could just press a button and the email had been made already. Could you describe your overall experience with FlipSystem?
Bones: I love that the deals are found for me that, um you know, I got five deals in the thing. I kind of just grabbed them, sent them to my realtor. They went and looked and said which ones were accurate to the um analysis and then now we just put in some offers. So I'm waiting to see. Um, so, you know, I'm at the very beginning of it. Um we'll see how it goes after rehab and all that. But uh and I'm in a different place. Pittsburgh, it seems like it's just a new market for flip system, but I'm enjoying it. Very.
