Out of 5 stars, how would you rate FlipSystem?
Anthony: So five stars for sure. Hands down 3.5 weeks ago, I signed up for the program two weeks into the program. I got my first house under contract, which is absolutely incredible because if I think about it a month ago, I was sitting at my desk thinking about how I want to get into real estate. What am I gonna do? How am I gonna figure this out? What, you know, there's so much stuff out there and I just signed up for the program and I'm flipping my first house. It's in my name. I have my LLC, I have boots on the ground. I'm working with lenders. I'm doing all the stuff they talk about. Um, I couldn't be more pleased. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to do it. And I came in so incredibly green, they made me feel really comfortable. Any time I ask a question, there's no question that is too small. There's nothing that's too big. Um, the team is willing to help at all hours of the day. Uh, I couldn't be more pleased. I would really recommend this to anyone. Um, it's been a great great, great, great introduction to this community, this world um and looking forward to growing and, you know, seeing where I'm gonna be in a year from now, considering it's only been 3.5 weeks, you know.
How long have you been a part of FlipSystem and what kind of success have you had thus far?
Anthony: So I've been with flip system for 3.5 weeks. I have my first deal under contract. I have a relationship with a realtor. I have a relationship with a lender. I have a relationship with an insurance company. Like this is totally happening. It's totally real. Um I can analyze deals. I have relationships with the team at flip system. I couldn't be more happy. Um It's working and I'm just waiting for me to do it again and again and again. Um, and that's what's happening right now. I'm still looking for another property to get. Um, I have one already set up so.
Could you describe your overall experience with FlipSystem?
Anthony: Overall uh experience with lip system has totally exceeded my expectation. I came in so incredibly green to this business. I knew nothing. It'd be like me saying, hey, can you teach me how to drive a car and you're putting the key in my hand and me looking at it and going, what is this for? I don't, I don't, I don't know. Um That's where I was at. I didn't know anything. I had to look up words, I had to look up acronyms. I didn't know anything and they gave us a whole list of all of these different teachable. Um tons of different videos, I mean tons of videos and um they're super helpful. They're broken down nicely. One leads to the next one to the next and it literally takes you through the entire process. So at any point through this, if you have a question, you can go back reference one of these videos and it'll give you the information that you need. If the information isn't there, you can go on to Discord any time of the night has been my experience and I can ask a question and there's gonna be somebody at that other end that's going to get back to me. Um, it's been great. It's been great. I use this as a communication tool. So I don't even if my realtor asks me something and I don't know what it is. I ask the team at flip system and flip system tells me how to respond to the realtor. So I still keep a good relationship with that realtor. It's great. It's great.
