How long have you been with FlipSystem and how much has your business grown since joining FlipSystem Partners?

Adam: Uh So we've been working with flip system for almost a year now and it's been great. The, the flip system team is amazing. They're helpful. Their students are well educated and uh they've been a big asset to work with. Uh So we've, our business has grown so much over the last year with them. We've helped flip system clients, you know, rehab, purchased dozens of properties and helped them get them sold and, and bring on new clients and turn that are under management with us that they sold it to. So, uh it's really a great partnership all around.

How would you describe the difference between a FlipSystem client and an organic client?

Adam: So what's nice about working with flip system students is that they come over with a knowledge base that our average client doesn't have. And we often work with new investors and, and some of the flip system students are, are certainly new investors. But uh ones that come to us organically often, you know, have very little knowledge base to, to build from. And so we're in the position of often having to be that coach and be that person training them as we go through the process and having someone that comes through the flip system program is knowledgeable and uh knows a lot of the basics even if they don't know every detail, you know, there's always things you're gonna have to learn as you go. But uh having those fundamentals there, it makes our job a lot easier and makes them a, a better partner for us to work with because we're all starting on the same page.

How would you rate your experience being a FlipSystem Partner?

Adam: So if I had to rate my experience uh being a flip system partner, I don't know. Can I give it an 11 out of 10? Uh It's honestly been, been really great. Uh The team is, is very supportive. They're there to answer questions for us when we need questions, they're there to help, you know, work through. Sometimes everything is not perfect and we need to have a chat with them and make sure that we're all on the same page so we can provide the best services to their clients and in turn, they can help us the best partner that we can be. So, uh it's great. We have them involved in our meetings with our staff often once a week and uh the feedback has been really helpful for us and we can't speak more highly of, of working with the system.
