Amani hill: If you are looking forward to being a flight attendant for Delta, I highly recommend using Erica as a resource. Um Just take advantage of all the resources that she is providing to you guys. It is very helpful. And I just can say from firsthand experience that with me going into trying to be a flight attendant, I've never applied for um a airline before. That is not something that I was used to with that process. Um So for me, it was a little bit hectic. I was a little bit fearful. I wasn't as confident. I was not prepared and with Erica's help, I was confident I was prepared. I knew what to expect. I knew how to carry myself. I was prepared to know kind of what to say, but also be myself at the same time. So with her help, I definitely got past a lot of steps that most people who too much are just going into it, applying on their own. They do not really get past because they are not aware of what they're looking for. And the first step is the virtual interview. And for that, um she even gave me tips on, just not how to answer questions, but kind of what type of answer that they're looking for and what it is that the experience that they want from you because they know that if this is your first time, you are not experienced a flight attendant. So just she helped me use my experience that I had elsewhere to basically mold it into what Delta would be looking for and their main values and pointers. Um So with that being said, that was just the hard part, even just getting the invitation to the in person and I even got that far, which again, most people don't. So if you are dedicated to wanting to become a flight attendant and have that your job, I highly recommend using Erica asking the questions just really taking advantage of the resources that she has. She worked very hard on it. And again, she's so experienced and you are going to feel so confident when you are going into these rooms and a lot of people could be nervous, but you will not be one of those people. So yeah, I would say that

Amani hill: One of the benefits is really just being prepared. It's a lot that goes into just knowing what to say and you just overthink if this is your first time. So really being prepared is the biggest benefit that I got from the resource.

Amani hill: For me, my journey wasn't really prolonged. It actually was pretty quick once I got into the application. Um I got a response pretty much right away which most people kind of don't. So I got a response right away. I got invited to the virtual interview and maybe two days later I got invited to the in person interview. So that was just overall my experience and it was very helpful.
