FirstService Construction and Maintenance has completed several capital projects for the CNBC community over the past nine years. Deborah Nixon: Usually a project planning meeting is held before the start of each job and upon completion a final inspection is conducted to ensure all work was done in accordance to the specifications and to the clients satisfaction.

Deborah NixonStockdale: and to the client satisfaction whenever Whenever issues arose during the project the team has been very prompt in communicating such issues to the management, along with recommendations or suggestions on how those can be rectified. The board members and owners often have provided compliments to the construction team for both their level of professionalism as well as their quality of work.
